We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for most courses. If you are not satisfied with your course purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that:
- You have completed less than 30% of the course content
- You have not downloaded or accessed the majority of course materials
- You have not received a certificate of completion
- The course was not purchased as part of a promotional bundle or special offer (see Section 4 for details)
- You have not previously refunded the same course
1.2 Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement, depending on your financial institution.
2. Conditions for Refund Requests
2.1 Valid Reasons for Refunds
Refund requests will be considered under the following circumstances:
- Course Quality Issues: The course content significantly differs from the description provided at the time of purchase
- Technical Problems: Persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course, which cannot be resolved by our technical support team
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same course multiple times
- Unauthorized Purchase: The purchase was made without your authorization (subject to verification)
- Dissatisfaction: The course does not meet your expectations within the 30-day guarantee period
2.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:
- After the 30-day refund period has expired
- If you have completed more than 30% of the course content
- If you have downloaded the majority of course materials
- If you have received and downloaded a certificate of completion
- If the course was purchased using promotional codes offering significant discounts (unless otherwise specified)
- If you have violated our Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent activity
- For courses offered as part of a subscription or membership plan (see Section 5)
- Due to changes in personal circumstances, such as lack of time or change of interest
- If you disagree with the difficulty level of the course (course descriptions include difficulty levels)
3. How to Request a Refund
3.1 Refund Request Process

4. Special Promotions and Discounted Courses
4.1 Promotional Bundles

- Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available
- The entire bundle must be refunded as a single transaction

5. Subscription and Membership Plans
5.1 Subscription Refunds
For monthly or annual subscription plans:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused portions of subscription periods
- You will retain access to all content until the end of your current billing period
- First-time subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day trial refund if canceled within the trial period
5.2 Annual Membership Refunds
Annual memberships may be refunded on a prorated basis if:

- Less than 30% of available courses have been accessed
- The account has not been used to complete any courses
6. Certificate and Credential Fees
Fees paid for certificates of completion, credential verifications, or physical certificate printing are non-refundable once the certificate has been generated or issued. Refunds may be considered only if:
- The certificate contains errors due to our mistake (we will reissue at no charge)
- The request is made before the certificate has been generated
- Technical issues prevented certificate generation
7. Third-Party Payment Processors
Refunds are processed through the same payment method and processor used for the original purchase. Please note:
- Payment processor fees are non-refundable
- Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are not refunded
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
- We cannot expedite refunds beyond our standard processing time
8. Course Updates and Changes
NeuralHub reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue courses. In such cases:
- If a course is significantly changed within 30 days of your purchase, you may request a refund
- If a course is discontinued while you have active access, you may request a prorated refund
- Minor updates and improvements to course content do not qualify for refunds
- You will be notified of major course changes via email
9. Technical Issues and Access Problems
9.1 Temporary Service Interruptions
Temporary service disruptions due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues do not qualify for refunds. We strive to minimize downtime and will extend access periods if significant interruptions occur.
9.2 Persistent Technical Problems
If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent course access:
- Contact our technical support team immediately
- Allow our team reasonable time (up to 7 business days) to resolve the issue
- If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued
- Document the technical problems with screenshots or error messages
10. Fraudulent Activity and Abuse
NeuralHub reserves the right to refuse or revoke refunds in cases of suspected fraud or policy abuse, including but not limited to:
- Requesting refunds after completing significant portions of courses
- Repeatedly purchasing and refunding the same or similar courses
- Downloading all course materials before requesting a refund
- Sharing course materials after requesting a refund
- Violating our Terms and Conditions
Accounts found to be engaging in fraudulent activity may be suspended or terminated, and legal action may be pursued.
11. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events, we may consider refund requests beyond the standard policy terms. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may require appropriate documentation.
12. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in specific situations:
- For subscription cancellations within the first 7 days on a prorated basis
- When technical issues affected only a portion of the course
- If specific course modules are removed or become unavailable
- At the sole discretion of NeuralHub management for exceptional cases
13. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution:
- Your account will be immediately suspended pending resolution
- Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues
- Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
- You may be liable for any costs we incur related to the chargeback
14. Gift Purchases
For courses purchased as gifts:
- Refund requests must come from the original purchaser, not the recipient
- Standard refund policies apply from the date of recipient's enrollment
- Unused gift codes may be refunded within 90 days of purchase

NeuralHub reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website.
